Τthe Study Program (SP) aims at the specialization of scientists in the cognitive area of ​​administration with an interdisciplinary approach, the provision of knowledge in the management of business systems and organizations (private and public), the efficient contribution of participants to the operation of businesses and organizations, training in taking leadership initiatives to possible technological or organizational changes, necessary for the response of the business or organization to the rapidly evolving international environment. The SP aims to provide all the necessary knowledge and skills acquisition by its students, in order for them to join the labor market (Level 6 – EQF). Direct beneficiaries are those who intend to work (or 16 are already working) in all services and bodies of the Public Administration and Local Government, as well as in bodies of the private sector. The career path of graduates covers a wide range of market outlets, such as business management, public organization management and private companies. More specifically, direct beneficiaries are those who already work or aim to work, indicatively in the following sectors: Health Units, Armed Forces and Security Forces, the Administrative and Financial Services of Private and Public Organizations at regional, national, European and international level, Research Centers and Universities etc. In addition, graduates can aim to continue their studies at postgraduate level or even to prepare a doctoral thesis.
